These PROTEIN PANCAKES are 3 ingredients, and SO delicious & SO easy to make.  Much like every recipe in this plan!   I am a busy work from home mom, so I like to meal prep everything & have it ready to just grab.  

The meal plan is not some diet you can’t stick to. It is VERY realistic & healthy.  In fact, I ate everything on the plan when I was breastfeeding.  Obviously I didn’t cut calories, but all the recipes are healthy and keep you feel full & satisfied.

This plan isn’t a “no carb diet”. I love carbs & if I don’t get my carbs, I am a complete pshyco… so I need those carbs.  It all comes down to how much you need for your body & what kind of carbs. Thats a whole other topic.  I have wrote a post on MACROS , so check that out too!  

This plan, also isn’t something that you feel like you’re going to binge out on.  For me, It’s about the longterm.  Not just a quick fix.   You can enjoy your life & not feel deprived all while staying at your healthiest weight & feeling your best.

Remember that carbs & calories are not the enemy. Those are fuel & WE NEED THEM in order to mold & shape our bodies.  Depriving your body from those can do some serious longterm damage.  SO feed those beautiful bodies.  I made my plan to help you & give you ideas!
