DAY AT THE SPA WITH SPA TROUVE

Happy Monday!
Today, I want to talk to you about my last visit to Spa Trouve, located in Utah.
Recently,  I have been having issues with my skin,  so I decided to try getting an intense chemical peel to remove all of my breakouts I have been having and all the dead layers of skin.  It takes about a week to recover, but all you need to do is stay out of the sun after the treatment, keep it moisturized and few times a day, and keep sunscreen on.
I was so happy with how it dramatically changed my skin.   All of my break outs were gone!  I absolutely loved how clear it made my skin was,  and now I have a nice fresh face to put make up on, and my make up goes on so nice and even.
If you have never had a chemical peel before, make sure you talk to the esthetician to see what type of chemical peel your skin needs.  There are different types you can get.  It all depends on your skin and how intense you want to go.    It peels back the layers of your skin, so if you have time and aren’t going anywhere important for a few days after, then definitely try this out.  I had time to recover and it took about a week, but I promise It was so worth it!

For the exciting news, Spa Trouve is giving away a $100 gift card and latisse just in time for Mothers Day!   So all you Moms out there enter in and get yourself  little trip to the Spa.  You can use this gift card on whatever you would like to.
This Spa is hands down the best in Utah.  I cannot tell you how much I love going there!  They are so friendly and I always leave there feeling happy and satisfied.

MY MAKE UP ROUTINE

1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7

Hello everyone!  Happy Tuesday!

I have been getting a lot of questions on my make up and what my daily routine is, so I wanted to share what products I love and use everyday.  I have been using all of these products for a couple years now.  The only one I have changed up is my foundation, and I switched it over to Estee Lauder and I am so in love.  It is so light and fresh.  It is hard to find that when you want full coverage, but yet you don’t want to feel like your caking it on.  This one has worked out great for me, and I am sure you will love it if you try it out as well.
I am usually on the go all of the time, so I like to have a quick and easy make up regimen in the mornings.
1.  First, I use Estee Lauder double wear foundation with this duo brush from mac labeled number 2.  Again,  It’s great coverage and will last all day, so you don’t have to reapply.  I love using this brush with my foundation because it’s not just smearing it all over, it actually blends into the skin very nicely.
3.  I like to use this prep and prime from Mac as a high lighter.  I use it under the eyes on the top cheek bone, a line down my nose, top lip, and chin.  It lightens up to make your face look more bright and fresh.  I also blend this one in with the duo brush from Mac.
4.  Now, I use this darker pressed powder as my contour.  If your looking for a more subtle contour, I would go a little lighter.  I use medium dark.   It all just depends on your skin tone.
I start by using number 5 angled brush from Mac, and start from the top of my cheek bone and work my way down.  You don’t need a lot of this, so dap lightly in the powder.   Next,  I put a little on the forehead, jaw line, and the corners of my nose.
You can be as dramatic as you want with contouring!  I it is super fun to try out.  It really can change your whole appearance of your face, even by just doing a little.
6.  Next, I use Bobbi Brown’s brick bronzer.  I have had this for two years, so it is definitely worth the money.  I have also had this Bronzer brush from Bobbi Brown on number 7,  I got it at the same time, and it’s still in perfect condition.  This brush is by far my favorite Bronzer brush out there.  You can also use it with your powder.
So, I just use a little of this all over my face for a nice finish.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!
