Good morning! I recently posted a work out video on my Fit and Pregnant series I have started.  It is my work outs I normally do, but they are modified for pregnancies.  I definitely haven’t been able to do what I used to do.  I know they say you can, but I am just not feeling like that would be the best thing for my baby, since there is so much jolting movements, and heavier lifting.  I have been doing the stair master, and just lifting light.  Working out is the hardest thing to do while pregnant, but I have realized and learned that if you just push yourself to get to the gym to just move a little, it helps out so much.  It actually will make you feel 10 times better.  On Monday I was feeling so tired, and my stomach was really queazy, but I had told myself that I would start working out 5 times a week now that I have more energy back, so I went and after I was done I was completely fine!  I felt like a new woman haha.  So I am telling you just get to the gym and go even walk on the treadmill..  Sweat a little!  It will help you so much momma!   It is so healthy for you and your baby to get your body moving and sweating.
