lets talk fitness: abs & legs

 1. Grab an exercise ball and stand in a plank like the picture above with the exercise ball underneath your feet. From there you are going to bring your knees up to your chest and crunch and bring them back out and do a push up. Continue this motion for 20 reps.

 2. Grab a 10 pound kettle bell and grab it on both sides just below your chest standing straight up like the picture above.  From there you are going to squat down as far as you can.  Push up on your heels and repeat this motion for 20 reps.

3. Grab a 5 pound kettle bell and hold it on both sides like the picture above. Reach up as far as you can crunching.  Come back down and keeping your feet above the ground each rep.  Continue doing this motion for 20 reps.
4. Grab a 5-10 pound weight and do a standing lunge switching both legs at a time like the picture above.  Your going to pass the kettle bell underneath your legs on the opposite side of each lunge.  Continue this motion for 20 reps.  Make sure you don’t lean forward as your doing the lunge. Sit straight up and push off on your heel on each leg.

Start off by running 2-3 miles or more if you would like.  After you are done running do four rounds of 20 reps each.
This is a such great work out! I love the kettle bell works outs! A lot of girls think lifting means more bigger and more bulky, well.. at least I did ๐Ÿ™‚  but girls cannot get bulky and huge like guys!  Weight lifting is just as important as cardio. The more you lift, the more lean you will get.  Also, the more muscle you have the more calories you’re going to burn! ๐Ÿ™‚ We love that!

Thank you all for reading!
