WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

Hi Guys!  Hope you all had a great weekend!  I have been getting a lot of requests on posting about my diet, so I made this video to show you what I eat in a day.  I basically just take you through my day and show you what I eat.  
I also made this video as a collaboration with Kendra, just to give you more ideas on what to eat to live a healthy lifestyle.  Its always fun to see what other people are eating!  You can find her at the links below.  Make sure to check her out!  She has some great beauty tips as well!

  1. Hi Sara, i notice all of this stuff is easy to bring with if you work full time. but obviously you don’t eat the same daily, so what are some tips to keep up the protein and calories if your working out and working full time.

    • Hi Melissa! I normally eat this every day, but sometimes I will switch out the salmon for chicken and quinoa, or my oatmeal in the morning with two eggs and a couple eggs whites with toast. Also, I switch out my snack with a quest protein bar, or a kind bar, or an apple and almonds. Quest bars are high in protein and low in fat and sugar, you always want to go with a protein bar with low sugar. I get them at GNC.

  2. I am starting to change my lifestyle by making better and smarter decisions, I am so glad I found your blog and this post. I workout a good amount but my problem is the eating. So I’m glad you posted what you eat on a day to day bases. Keep it up, I would really appreciate it.
