LEGS + SHOULDERS WORK OUT

First off, I am so sorry for the delay on the work outs.  Life has been crazy and I swear I never get the time to actually film one of my work outs during the week, so I was finally home this weekend and could actually focus and take my time with it.   So with that being said…  This work out is killer!
Legs are always the hardest for me! I was dying in this video.  I am surprised I was actually able to talk.
Anyways, please please, please make sure you stretch before this work out really good.  I don’t want you pulling anything.  Because you definitely will if you don’t stretch your legs throughly.
 Okay.. I was so sore even after I did one round! So don’t feel bad if you can only do 2 or 3 rounds of this.  I would say that is plenty if you are running with it.  I was so sore the next couple of days! Which means this work out is a really good one!
 I am sorry in advance if you can’t walk the next day, haha .. don’t hate me! You will love me later!

RIPPED TIE DYE JEANS

I recently discovered this brand of jeans called Dittos and I must say.. they are my new addiction! Super comfortable. Check out there site.  Cutest jeans ever.   I wore them literally all weekend.  They are tie dye maroon, black and distressed at the knees… who can ask for a better pair of jeans.  Must have for Fall!  You can find them at Zappos, Amazon, Urban Outfitters, Lulus, Blue Eyed Girl, and Mod Cloth.

Lets talk about this leather peplum from Windsor.  Biggest staple this season! I mean, I couldn’t decide what I was going to wear with it because I had to many ideas.  Whats even better is you can find it at a super affordable price.  I will have to post a 3 ways to wear it with this one.
