Hey guys!  Hope you love/hate this work out haha.  It is so hard with the plyo exercises thrown in there, but that is the reason it makes it such an incredibly good work out in such a short time.

Round 1- 3 rounds
Ball crunch twist 20 each side x3
High Snees 45 seconds
Round 2- 3 rounds
Holding ball reaching crunches 20 each side x3
Burpees 45 seconds

Round 3- 3 rounds
Twisting side to side half v ups 10×3
Jumps Squats 45 seconds

Round 4- 3 rounds
Single leg tuck 10×3
Mountain Climbers 45 seconds

I have received a lot of questions on what I do everyday for my work outs.  I started doing exercises like this one a few months ago, and have seen extreme results just by working out for 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week.  I usually do these kinds of exercises 2-3 days a week and then just a quick run and weight lifting on the other 2-3 days a week.  You always want to give yourself a resting day.  If you are sore, just take it easy and try not using those same muscles for a minute.
You want to focus on two muscles groups a day.  Each of those muscles should be getting three different exercises.
For example this is how my week is usually planned out.
Monday- Abs & Arms (biceps & triceps) + running 20 mins
Tuesday- Back & Chest + running 20 mins
Thursday- Shoulders & Plyo
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Legs
Sunday- Running or hiking

Alright, so back to this work out, do each of those rounds 3 times if you can!  Try and at least do 2 rounds of each of those.  You can easily do this from home while your babies are napping, or before, or after you go to work.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and I would be happy to answer them!
Have a great day!

FITNESS: KETTLE BELL COMBO

Hello everyone!  We all need a little motivation to get our week started, and back into our routine.  I know I definitely do!  The hardest part about working out is actually getting yourself to get up and go.  Find something that motivates you, whether it be some cute running shoes, or a cute work out top, or just a simple quote on the screen saver of your phone that you can constantly glance at, and repeat in your head.  Trust me it works!  I know those helps me!
We all have our off days, even if your not feeling it that day, get dressed and go, and the first 5 minutes in you will be good to go!
In this video I am only showing one side of my body, but make sure you are doing the other side as well doing the exact same thing.  I will explain that in the video.
In this video I am doing 10 reps of each exercise using a 20 pound kettle bell.  You can go lighter, or heavier, but if you go lighter I would recommend doing more reps of each.
Now, you will do one side, then ab combo, then the other side, and ab combo after.  That is one round.  Do 3 rounds or more if you want a more intense work out, but do 3 rounds!  I promise you will feel awesome after you finish.  You can do it!  Even if it takes you a little longer, just push yourself!
