A lot have been asking what my Skincare regimen is, so I thought I would share my new favorite
products I have been using.
I have been using M2 Skincare for about a month now, and have noticed a tremendous
difference in my skin.
M2 is a multi-purpose skincare to even skin tone, treat blemishes and reduce wrinkles.
Therefore I have had no break outs.  I am so happy with my results.
I have always been one to take care of my skin, even when I was in High School.
I always made sure to wash my face morning and night.
However, I have never used all of the same skincare line.  It makes a world of difference.
The Clarisonic has helped me a lot too, but I don’t use it more the twice a week,
morning or night with my M2 cleanser.
It can be to harsh on the skin.  You don’t want to be exfoliating the skin to much.
Another one of the things I do at night is put Vaseline my lips.
This will prevent your lips from becoming really dry.
I used to have dry lips all the time, and I would constantly be putting chap-stick on
through out the day, and that never helped me.  No one wants to have clumpy lipstick on!
If you live in Utah you know what I am talking about.  It is super dry here.
Here is a breakdown of what the M2 Skincare does.
It has 12% medallic and malice acids for exfoliating and purifying the skin.  It removes impurities,
balances and helps prevent blemishes,
causing the skin to become clearer and healthier-looking.
It effectively evens the skin’s tone, refines pore size, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles and
banishes breakouts.  The medallic and malic acid combination is particularly effective at conquering
hyper-pigmentation without excessive irritation.
This anti-aging formula is suitable for all skin types.

SPA DAY: PHOTO FACIAL

Today, I am talking about my last visit I had with Spa Trouve.  I recently got a photo facial with a mild chemical peel after the photo facial.  The picture above is me getting the photo facial.  Don’t let the picture freak you out! It is a very simple treatment.

Essentially, a photofacial (or IPL) is a treatment used to get rid of pigmentation. It can also treat broken capillaries, spider veins, redness, sun spots, acne, etc.  It does this through Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), by delivering a bright blast of light at high energy levels through a hand held device.  It’s a little painful, but it’s a fairly quick and easy way to get rid of pigmentation. There are a lot of products and treatments out there that help with pigmentation, but they take a lot longer to get rid of those spots than a Photofacial will. Depending on the severity of pigmentation, people generally will get between 3-6 treatments, to really see the best results.
I loved this treatment.  My face has never been so clear and flawless!  It is baby smooth.. needless to say that I am obsessed with this treatment.  I had a little pigmentation on my forehead, and redness on my nose and cheeks.  Now, it is completely gone.

Click here to read more detail and see before and after photos of the photofacial.

Okay, so here is the most exciting part.. Spa Trouve is offering you 50% off this treatment! All you have to do is say you saw my post.  Simple as that!
Unfortunately, this is only offered to Utah readers since Spa Trouve is only located here, but if you plan on visiting Utah soon, please stop by!

Have a great day!
