Finally!! A work out is here!  Sorry it has been so long, and excuse the cell phone ring during the video.  As you can tell I looked pretty shocked it started to ring during the video!
  I hope you all enjoy this work out.  It’s very tiny movements, but it’s something you can do at home with no equipment, unless you want to use dumb bells like I did with the cross lunges.  I was so sore the next couple days after this work out.  It’s going to really tighten and firm your butt.  We love that!

LEGS + SHOULDERS WORK OUT

First off, I am so sorry for the delay on the work outs.  Life has been crazy and I swear I never get the time to actually film one of my work outs during the week, so I was finally home this weekend and could actually focus and take my time with it.   So with that being said…  This work out is killer!
Legs are always the hardest for me! I was dying in this video.  I am surprised I was actually able to talk.
Anyways, please please, please make sure you stretch before this work out really good.  I don’t want you pulling anything.  Because you definitely will if you don’t stretch your legs throughly.
 Okay.. I was so sore even after I did one round! So don’t feel bad if you can only do 2 or 3 rounds of this.  I would say that is plenty if you are running with it.  I was so sore the next couple of days! Which means this work out is a really good one!
 I am sorry in advance if you can’t walk the next day, haha .. don’t hate me! You will love me later!
