you know I’m all about the oils, love all the oil on the face the body, and guess what?   I’ve found a good line called Healing Natural Oils, that I wanted to share with you guys.   Now, I ALWAYS test out products before sharing with you.  I share things that I actually use and LOVE.  These are my tried and true products!

I’ve been using their Simply Hair Oil, Simply Face Oil, and Headache Formula for the past month and have noticed a difference in my hair and skin.

Here is a little background of them.

For well over a decade, our mission has been to provide only the finest natural products which are ethically produced using the best quality, natural ingredients available. Our formulas have been tried and tested over many years and the positive feedback we have received from our thousands of satisfied customers prompts us to maintain our high standards and ongoing research.

  • All Natural, manufactured in the USA
  • No chemicals, pesticides or additives
  • No animal testing

Simply Hair Oil– I have noticed a difference in breakage, and my hair doesn’t feel as rough through the ends.  It is a lot more shiny too.  Plus this stuff smells amazing.  Just think if you were to walk into a spa.  That is exactly how it smells!  I just use 3-5 drops on my ends every time I wash it.

It contains the well known Morrocan Argan Oil which makes hair softer, silkier and shinier as well as taming any frizz. Some of their ingredients such as Rosemary, have been used for hair care by the people of the Mediterranean countries for centuries.

Simply face oil- This stuff is amazing!   I am not joking– I haven’t broke out at all since using this on my face every night before bed.  Not one little zit has came through yet.  Not to say it won’t happen, but this has kept my face pretty clear.

But you NEED to hop on the oil train.  It’s extremely hydrating. Here is a list of benefits.

  • They can reduce your wrinkles.
  • They’re good for dry skin.
  • They really protect your skin.
  • They’re the perfect primer for makeup.
  • They can shrink enlarged pores.
  • They can calm down rashes.
  • They’re great for banishing zits.

Their ingredients help to tighten and tone the skin. Simply Face Oil is rich in high concentrations of vitamins, minerals and powerful anti-oxidants, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, essential fatty acids and squalene. Plant extracts contain all the nutrients our skin requires to be healthy – no need for long names you can’t pronounce or chemicals and preservatives.

Having dry skin can make you break out, and having oily skin can too.  This oil I have been using has kept me from breaking out, made my skin look fresh and dewy.

Headache Formula oil.  This stuff is legit MAGIC.   I’ve used it several times when I have a headache and it helps soothe it.  I wash my hands and put 1-2 drops on my fingers and rub it on my temples and back of neck every 30 minutes until they headache is completely gone.  I usually only have to do that once and it goes away within a few minutes.   There was a time I had a MAJOR headache, and I had to do it 3 times before it went away, but each time I could feel a little relief and it slowly getting better.   I believe this is MUCH better than having to take ibuprofen or tylenol.  You don’t want to use this more then 5x a day as you can oversaturate or exceed dosage.

The smell of these oils, are like I said before, “walking in a spa”. I LOVE the smell of them.  They have a ton of different oils that are used for just about anything.  Go check out their page and use the code “SARA20” to get 20% OFF your first order!

COCONUT OIL / CLEANSER / SUPERFOLIANT / RETINOL

/ MOISTURIZER / OIL / ROBE / MIRROR CENTERPIECE

If you follow me on my instagram and watched my stories recently I posted my nightly routine.  You guys LOVED it, so I wanted to post all about it.

Very easy, efficient and affective.  What I am about!

But first you MUST be consistent with doing this nightly (and of course your morning routine)  That is KEY to clear beautiful skin.  And helps so much with premature aging.

I have always washed my face morning and night since I started wearing make up at I think 16? Basically, a long time.  It has become habit, I have made it that way!

No matter if I was tired or not, stayed out until 3am  etc.. I do It every single night!

First, I remove my make up with COCONUT OIL.  Its been the best to remove my make up with, especially eye make up.

Next, I wash my face with MEG 21 CLEANSER.  Have used this for about 6 months, and noticed how clear my skin has become from it.

Next, I apply my SUPERFOLIANT, I just did a post on it HERE.  Again, it is amazing and makes my skin so soft.

Next is my all time favorite and a MUST.  RETINOL by Skin Medica.  This stuff is magic.  These vitamin A derivatives have been proven to boost collagen production (reducing wrinkles and preventing fine lines), speed cell turnover (evening out discoloration and brightening skin tone) and unclog pores (making them look smaller and reducing acne.

I have tiny red spots from breakouts and this has helped them fade!  If you’re having skin issues, this is your guy!  I only use this 3-4x a week right now (started out at 1 time a week)   You have to ease into it, because it can cause dryness and pealing.

Next I apply the HYMED RECONSTRUCTIVE CREAM.  This is meant for super dry skin, but whats great about it is, it’s not thick and creamy.  It is very light and not oily.   I have dry skin here living in Utah so this helps so much with that.

Lastly I use the JOJOBA OIL.  I LOVE my oils, and this one in particular is all around good for skin and hair.  In fact, this oil prevents acne, helps with oily skin, and helps eczema.

You’re probably thinking, “an oil for oily skin?”  Yes!

When the skin remains well hydrated by the protective layer of the liquid wax, the sebaceous glands respond to it by down regulating sebum production. Jojoba oil has an anti-inflammatory effect that can counter seborrheic dermatitis too. Be sure to use pure oil, since additives can produce the opposite effect.

Let me know how you liked this post, and if you want to see more of these posts!  Have a good day!  xox,
