3 QUICK WAYS TO WEAR A SUMMER BANDANA

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been kind of obsessed with wearing a scarf this Summer.  I wore this on my Lake Powell trip like every day.  Then when we went to Huntington Beach, I wore it like crazy again, so I figured I would post show you 3 ways I’ve been wearing it.    I think I love it because I don’t have to do my hair.   Hair isn’t my thing, I don’t love doing it.   Although I love it when it’s done, but I’d rather have my make up done and my hair pulled up in some way, then my hair fully blown out.  (although I wish I had someone to give me a blow out all the time, wouldn’t that be nice)

Anyway, I’ll share this on my IG story today too, so you can see me actually do it.

SCROLL DOWN TO THE 3 WAYS  I WEAR THIS SUMMER HAIR SCARF

  1. HAIR DOWN WITH SCARF.  I fold the scarf, so it’s skinny.  Flip hair over your hair and bring the folder wrap around by holding the two ends of the the scarf.   Place it where you would like to tie it, and fold it over twice tying a knot.  Thats it!  Super easy.

2. UP WRAPPED AROUND.  Pull your hair up in a bun or top knot.  However you like it, then do the same thing as number 1.   To get the bun I’ve created, I’ll pull my hair up and tie it in a pony tail, then I’ll wrap the pony around the tie and create a bun where I’d like it, then bobby pin it up.

3. UP WRAPPED AROUND THE BUN.  The same as number 2, but you’ll fold the scarf over and then start wrapping it around the bun starting at the front to back.  Then tie it off in the back where you’ll like it.

This styles are SO perfect for Summer!  I don’t usually blow dry my hair a lot in the summer and I’ve got really curly hair, so I’ll just wrap my hair up real quick and it looks done.  It really helps keep the hair out of the way in the Summer heat!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post, let me know if you have any questions!

As many of you know, I have been religiously wearing ITIP bead in extensions, from LACED HAIR for years upon years.  So much so, my hair is so damaged from it.

I recently switched to clip ins because I want to get my hair healthy again, and mom life is NOT okay with those long ass heavy bead ins.  I CANNOT deal with them anymore haha.

I went into Laced hairs salon, which by the way is the cutest, and a cute girl named Katie matched the color for me, taught me how to put them in, and labeled each one so I could do it myself.

Then she cut and styled them.  I am obsessed.  I can take them out when I want now and wear them when I want.  Which is usually when I go out for date nights.

I am wearing 20 inch clips ins and she cut the ends so it has more layers.  Love the quality of them too.

I know most will ask if it damages your hair.  I wouldn’t think it does and I think this will be what helps recover my hair.

Obviously, if you’re wearing them a lot it can be damaging.  So make sure you take them out every night carefully and don’t sleep in them.

Check out their salon if you’re in Utah or visiting!  You can also buy the hair online.

Have a great day!
