FITNESS: STEP WORK OUT

Hi guys!  This work out is going to mainly focus on your abs, biceps, shoulders and legs.  I usually run 5 minutes in between each round to keep my heart rate going.
I am using a 10 pound dumbbell and doing 10 reps of each.  You can do as many reps and rounds as you want, but make sure you are doing your other leg, and arm.  This video doesn’t show me doing the other leg and arm, but it’s part of it!

Hello everyone! Another week ahead of us, and I am sure some of you are planning your Valentines date outfits, so I’ve got you covered.  I am so excited to show you this cute dress from Windsor.  It was made to be a prom dress, but I turned it into a Valentines date outfit.   Tulle skirts are so cute for any special occasion.  

I know I have said this before, but I am saying it again!  This red lip is my all time favorite, and is a must for this Valentines day.  It’s matte and amazing.
