Okay, guys… SALES.  So many good sales.

Holy crap.  I bought these booties for $200.. and NOW they’re $95!  I am not kidding.

One of my most favorite booties, because they’re so perfect and structured.  Plus, SUEDE.  You can’t beat it.

They come in 5 different colors and I plan to buy the olive ones now!  

It is CAOS in my house right now! I have got all 3 kids here, my sister and her boyfriend, and my mom and her husband.  Just cooking away in my kitchen making messes upon messes… and I am very OCD so I am just sitting in the corner, holding it together, trying not to look at the mess haha.

Anyways, I am so grateful for the Holidays and all of you!  Thank you all for being supportive, and reading my posts all these years.  It means a lot to me!  

I am glad I have a community of woman, that can come here for tips and inspiration, and a safe place for woman to share their stories too.  It is a place where we can all learn from each other!

It is so much fun to chat with all of you, and hang out!

I really love this time of year.  Because it’s a time where the family gets together a lot, and becomes closer.

I have introduced my step kids a couple times, but wanted to do it again, for those who are new to my blog.

I met them 6 years ago, when they were just little tikes.  Halle was 8, and Tyson was 10.

Now Halle is 14, and Tyson is 16.  It’s been so fun to watch them grow into young teenagers.  They are the BEST big brother and sister.

I really don’t know how I got so lucky to have them in my life.  They are the sweetest most loving kids.

I really can’t wait for Oaks to grow up with them.

They have always made me feel welcomed into their family.

Life as a step mom is a lot easier then some may think.  I have a really good situation though.

Their mom is the sweetest and we’ve become good friends.  Which makes it so much easier.

I know their are a lot of situations out there where this isn’t the case.  My case is very rare. 

It can be hard, but you have to look at the bigger picture.  

What will fighting do?  It won’t do anything but hurt the kids.  My advice is to just get a long.  Even if it may be hard for you.  

It really is important for the kids.

The reason, I say this is because I have been on the other side.  My parents got divorced a few years ago,  and it isn’t fun to be torn on either side.  

Whose side will you take… mom or dads.. that is how it felt sometimes. Which isn’t fare for the kids at all.  

Anyways, I won’t go into to much detail, because those aren’t my stories to tell.  

Life is hard, it’s all hard.  But life is amazing. So amazing. So just LOVE. 

Time passes so quickly, you never know what tomorrow will bring, so get a long, be happy, resolve your issues, and forgive.  

Family is so important.  

So it’s November and a time to feel gratitude for everything!  We should do this every month, but…..

The grass isn’t greener on the other side, so be grateful for what you have. That is key to true happiness.
