How CUTE is he in mommas Celine glasses!  I put them on him at lunch one day, & he just wanted to keep them on 🙂 it was the cutest.

We went on a boat ride, & then parked the boat everyday & let him play in the sand, ate some watermelon & then would go on a mini ride just to get him to sleep & it worked like a charm.  He would sleep on the boat while mom & dad enjoyed some time together drinking some margs :).  WIN WIN.

IN LOVE with this one piece because it actually has a little padding & holds my boobs in, keeping them from looking SO saggy.  Ever since having Oaks I haven’t been able to pull off certain tops & one pieces, unless they have some sort of padding.  Also this one is only $50! SKINNY MARG RECIPE (HERE IS HOW YOU ORDER)

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 2 oz of Tequila, 3 oz of sugar, 1 oz Orange liquor.  I always get this for less calories, & I think it tastes way better!

I just love little trips with my family!  It has been so fun traveling with my little guy & hubs.  Oaks LOVES going new places.  

We had one little thing that happened to us.  You probably saw on my instagram stories & snapchat, but we used Equate Sunscreen on all of us & it got in Oaks eyes and it burned his eyes so bad.  He was crying for 3 hours straight.  It was the saddest thing ever.  We had to put him in the shower & wash him off because he kept rubbing his eyes which therefore it kept getting more & more in his eyes.  I washed out his eyes with a wash clothes & cold water.  We tried everything.  Finally it started wearing off after THREE hours.  Ugh.

So with that all said. DO NOT use equate sunscreen.  My husband got a tiny bit in his eyes & said it burned pretty bad, so I can’t even imagine my little guy.  

Anyways, hope you all enjoyed this long 3 day weekend like we did!  I just love long weekends.  Now time to get my shit together & hit my guides hard this week after many many calories that I indulged in, and LOVED every minute of.

You guys know my love for Lake Powell.  As I said in my previous post, it is where it ALL started.  TJ and I fell in love there, and he proposed to me there a year later.

So needless to say this place holds a special place in my heart.  Regardless of that though, Lake Powell is STILL my favorite place I have ever been to.  

I haven’t been many places, but this place compares to Hawaii.  It’s on the same level of amazing.

My family owns a houseboat there, and its in Antelope Marina in Page, Arizona.  We go there about 2-3 times a year.  

You will want to visit this place!  It is so incredible.  You have no service, and you completely shut off from the crazy world.  No social media, no emails, no texts coming in.  It really feels so refreshing.

Not to mention the gorgeous views.  The red rock rock everywhere, full moons, bright stars at night,  warm sun, warm water.  Well, the warm water starts to happen in June.  Best time to go is July-September.  The water is like bath water in September.

So I looked up Houseboat Rentals for you, and reviews.  It looks like the best place to get them is HERE.

I would also recommend staying in Wahweap AZ.  

One of the most relaxing vacations you’ll ever have!  We love to sit back and sip on a Corona with Lime.  hmmmmm SO damn good.

It is VERY worth it to save up.  Get a group of friends and family together and all pitch in.  You will be SO happy you did.

Also, Antelope Marina has a floating restaurant that is BOMB.  The atmosphere is just so fun!  They have a bar, and they have bands at night.  PLUS they have the best ice cream cones (that will melt in 5 seconds once you walk outside, so east fast!)

It truly is one of the best places on earth.  It seriously will always be very special to me and my family.  Our hearts are there all year round, and we look forward to this season all year round!
