Your Perfect Brows

My lovely readers,

Brows are my favorite part of doing my make up.  They make the hugest difference in your overall appearance.  I want to show you all how to get perfect brows for your own face shape.

Here is an example of where your brows should start, where they arch, and where they end for your face shape.

1. Is where they should start.  Take a brow pencil and place it on your nose and line it up with your brow, and that is where they should start. 2. Where your arch should start.  Also, use the pencil to measure on your face.  3. Where they should end.  I use a pencil to measure all of the 3 steps.  Super easy!
Don’t go to crazy on the arch of the brow.  The straighter the brow the more youthful and sophisticated you will look.  The less you arch your brows the younger you will look!
I use Brow Zing by Benefit here to fill in my brows.  This is a must have! There are only two steps in filling them in. I use the brush inside to brush on the more creamier and darker shade, and use this brow brush here or here for the lighter shade.
Step one: Apply darker, more creamier shade first as shown on the picture above.  It is the one the left.  I use the brush with the angle inside of the pallet, it comes with it.  Apply to entire brow.  This will help you shape the brow for the next step.
Step two: Apply the lighter shade on the right, with the brush seen above.  This is angled so you can fill in the corners of your brow. I fill in my entire brow.  I like it to look really full.
Also, there are twizzers inside the pallet that I use to pluck unwanted hairs around the brow.  I usually use it everyday, so that I wont have to wax them.

This is what it looks like after I apply it.  I do this everyday.  It will last all day.  I use Neutrogena make up wipes to remove it at night here.  You can buy them at any local grocery store.
Have a lovely Sunday!

Love,
Sara Lynn

  2. I do agree with all the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are very short for newbies. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
