I have received a lot of questions on what I do everyday for my work outs. I started doing exercises like this one a few months ago, and have seen extreme results just by working out for 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week. I usually do these kinds of exercises 2-3 days a week and then just a quick run and weight lifting on the other 2-3 days a week. You always want to give yourself a resting day. If you are sore, just take it easy and try not using those same muscles for a minute. You want to focus on two muscles groups a day. Each of those muscles should be getting three different exercises. For example this is how my week is usually planned out. Monday- Abs & Arms (biceps & triceps) + running 20 mins Tuesday- Back & Chest + running 20 mins Thursday- Shoulders & Plyo Friday- Rest Saturday- Legs Sunday- Running or hiking

Alright, so back to this work out, do each of those rounds 3 times if you can! Try and at least do 2 rounds of each of those. You can easily do this from home while your babies are napping, or before, or after you go to work.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and I would be happy to answer them! Have a great day!
