This work out you can use as much weight as you want, but I am using 10lbs on each side of the barbell, and 12lb dumb bells. Also, feel free to do as many rounds as you can! I would actually encourage you to, and time yourself! I would love to know how you do.
Remember to always push yourself, in order to get the results you want you must go through the pain. I know you can do it! You can do anything you want, and I know if you continue pushing yourself that little bit every single day you will be amazed at what your body can do.
A few of you have asked how many days a week I work out, and how many times I do each work out. I work out 5-6 days a week, and usually the work outs I post I am only doing once a week. I mix up my work outs during the week working on different muscle groups. I always have a day to rest. I think it is important to let your body recover from all that hard work, and give yourself time to relax so you can hit it hard the next week. I usually only work out for about an hour. My work outs always involve high intense cardio with lifting in between. When pushing yourself through a round of this and taking a 10-20 second break between each round, you will be so much happier with the results compared to staying at the same pace for 30-60 minutes on a treadmill. You always want to keep shocking your body and getting your heart rate back up and down. Thats what is going to burn the fat, and keep you lean and toned!
I am just a girl who loves to work out, and I am so passionate about it! I started working out when I was a teenager and haven’t stopped since.
