LOVELY BLOATING.  DON’T WE ALL JUST LOVE THAT?

KIDDING.  It’s awful, especially when we’re about to live in a bikini all Summer, or want to for that matter.  Bloating is a tricky thing.  I’m going to share with you 3 things that I’ve tried on myself that seem to work wonders when It comes to bloating.  I’m not going to name the obvious things that keep you from feeling so bloated, like overeating, eating junk food, drinking soda, or lots of fast food.  Those are all pretty obvious things you already know.  Sometimes even when we are eating a healthy diet and exercising, we somehow still get bloated, so I’m here to share what I do when those things happen and I’m eating right.  So here we go!

  1. DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.  I know this sounds so simple, but it helps me feel less bloated.  I just warm up hot water, put 1 tbsp in with a squeeze of lemon in the mornings.
  2. DRINK LOTS OF WATER AKA KEEP HYDRATED.  The number one thing you want to do RIGHT when waking up, is drink a full glass of water.  The more water, the easier it is for your food to digest and flush out all the bad guys outta there.
  3. FIBER.  Eat 38 grams of fiber everyday.  I track my fiber using the fitnesspal app.  Don’t eat to much, or you’ll be on the toilet most of the day.  Fiber is in raspberries, veggies, oatmeal, high fiber cereal like fiber one, all bran buds, or the poop champion cereal.  Also, the big famous crackers are GG crackers, those are great if you aren’t eating a lot of fruits and veggies.  I usually don’t eat gg crackers because I used to overdose on fiber to much.  Ever since i upped my fiber intake, I feel cleaned out.. haha kinda gross, but really my stomach has never felt more flat than it does now!  So get that fiber in.

This are things I do every day!  It really has eliminated a lot of bloating and help flush out all the bad guys.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR / CHAMOMILE TEA

So the past couple months I have been drinking this tea every night before bed.  I got the recipe from Tim Ferris.  I don’t know if any of you listen to his podcast, but he is awesome.

So credit to all of him for sure, but I wanted to share this with you because It has worked WONDERS on helping me fall asleep FAST every night.

I wouldn’t share this if it didn’t work.  It’s habit now to drink this before bed.  In fact, I am drinking it as we speak!

It doesn’t make you feel drowsy the next day either.  I actually like this better then the Calm Tea I have told you guys about.  It has Apple Cider Vinegar which also has SO many amazing benefits.  I will name a few of the benefits.

  • Diabetes Prevention: Multiple studies have shown a correlation between apple cider vinegar and lower blood sugar levels. …
  • Weight Loss: Consuming apple cider vinegar can help you feel more full, which can help you eat less.
  • Lower Cholesterol
  • Detox
  • Digestive Aid
  • Energy Boost

I had a hard time drinking it cold, and it would always give me a stomach ache, but drinking it in a hot tea is completely different!

I drink it and I am asleep in 30 minutes.  Not kidding.   I used to lay in bed and my mind would just go go go.  NON STOP.   And all these thoughts and my to do list would run through my head, and what I forgot to do, who I forgot to respond to… blah blah blah.  You know what I am talking about.

But now, I am so relaxed and thinking NOTHING.  I feel at peace with my day and relaxed.  It is so nice.  You guys MUST at least try!   None of this is sponsored btw.

We need our sleep!  It is so important.  Especially the hours before midnight.

Okay, so here is what you need.

All you need to do is boil water in a pan, or tea kettle.  Once boiled, pour into a mug.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.  Stir around and then add your tea bag and let it soak.  Wait at least 3-5 minutes before drinking.

You can add a little honey if you would like for more flavor.

Going to go to bed now!  Hope you guys liked this post.  Let me know if you have any questions about any of it.

Have a great day! xoxo
