Long weekend ahead, and so excited.  What is everyone doing on the official last weekend of Summer?

Giving these sandals one last go round before I tuck them away in my closet.  This time is always so bitter sweet right?

So long Summa time.  Sad Summer is coming to an end, but then SO excited for Fall time.

This Fall I can actually enjoy, since last Fall we had just had Oaks, and I was in hibernation mode with my little newborn.

Switching lanes here… How many of you got the Ebook Ab Guide?  What are you thinking about it!? Tell me your thoughts.

JALAPENO AVOCADO TUNA RECIPE

IMG_0752 IMG_0754

I have to share what I am dying over lately.  I have eaten this everyday for lunch for about 3 weeks now, and can’t get over it.  There is something about avocado and jalapeño mixed I can’t get over.

You’re going to die at how easy this is to make.  Oaks could probably make it… no jk but seriously so easy.

I have posted it on my snapchat: @lovebylynn, a few times actually and figured I would share it on here, since most of you want to know more!

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING

INGREDIENTS

1 can White Albacore Tuna in Water

1 tbsp Reduced Fat Vegenese (so much better than mayo)

Pepper (as much as you want)

1/2 Jalapeno (only if you like spicy)

1/2 Avocado

1 Celery Stick

Step 1:  open can, rinse out the water, mix in a bowl.  Add in Veganese and pepper and mix.

Step 2: Chop up celery, jalapeño and avocado.  Mix in the tuna mix.

AND DONE.  SO EASY.

You can eat healthy and cheap.

If you are on the go, meal prep Sunday and put it in containers so you can grab it an go each day. Use these BPA free Tupperware containers.

You can make a sandwich with it, eat some crackers with it, whatever your heart desires.

I would recommend Aspen Mills Whole Wheat bread.  I literally won’t eat any other bread.  You can buy it at Costco.

I love Back to Nature Organic Wheat Crackers too.

Please let me know how you liked it, and comment below, or tweet me, snap me, instagram me whatever you want! Love hearing feedback from you!  I will be answering all your questions.

Have a great day!  Chat with you later.
