I was getting sick of my regular morning coffee, so I decided to switch things up and try this thing they call bulletproof coffee, which is basically coffee with a lot of good fats. Good fats fuel your body and brain! Which I highly need right now after so much corona light and margaritas in Lake Powell this last week. Time to get back on track and eating healthy! I used all of Better Body Foods ingredients for this recipe. As you know, they’re my absolute favorite!
WHAT YOU NEED..
- 1/2-1 TBSP COCONUT OIL
- 3 SCOOPS PLANT BASED PROTEIN
- 1 CUP MILK (I LIKE UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK OR COCONUT MILK)
- 1 TBSP CHIA SEED
- 1-2 SHOT ESPRESSO OR ADD 1 CUP BREWED COFFEE & DO 1/2 CUP MILK INSTEAD OF 1 IF USING BREWED
- 1-2 DROPS VANILLA CREME SWEET LEAF SWEET DROPS
- 6 ICE CUBES
BLEND UP!
Pour into large cup and enjoy!
Super easy and a quick pick me up with the healthy fats and high protein! Will give you a little buzz to be more productive, meanwhile keeping you feeling fuller and giving you all the nutritious nutrients!
