CILANTRO TURKEY FETA BURGER

IMG_5552

This isn’t your basic turkey burger, you will just love the taste of this one!

I have been really into turkey burgers lately, and created this one just the other night with my mom.

It was SO delicious, I had to share with you!  I am obsessed with Cilantro and Feta, so why not throw them in together, and made goodness.

It is very easy, and cheap.  I had mine bun-less and topped it with avocado, red onion, and tomato and dipped it in dijon mustard.

If you want some carbs, add a bun.  I like to use whole wheat, and if you want a lower carb bun, get the 100 calorie thin buns.  They can be bought at any grocery store in the bread section.

You will need….

INGREDIENTS

16 oz lean ground turkey

1/2 case fat free feta cheese

1 bunch of chopped cilantro

tsp red pepper flakes

tsp cumin

Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.  Once done, roll meat into hands making a hamburger patty.  About 4 oz each, the size of your palm.

This will make 4 burgers.

ENJOY!  You will love it!

JALAPENO AVOCADO TUNA RECIPE

IMG_0752 IMG_0754

I have to share what I am dying over lately.  I have eaten this everyday for lunch for about 3 weeks now, and can’t get over it.  There is something about avocado and jalapeño mixed I can’t get over.

You’re going to die at how easy this is to make.  Oaks could probably make it… no jk but seriously so easy.

I have posted it on my snapchat: @lovebylynn, a few times actually and figured I would share it on here, since most of you want to know more!

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING

INGREDIENTS

1 can White Albacore Tuna in Water

1 tbsp Reduced Fat Vegenese (so much better than mayo)

Pepper (as much as you want)

1/2 Jalapeno (only if you like spicy)

1/2 Avocado

1 Celery Stick

AND DONE.  SO EASY.

You can eat healthy and cheap.

If you are on the go, meal prep Sunday and put it in containers so you can grab it an go each day. Use these BPA free Tupperware containers.

You can make a sandwich with it, eat some crackers with it, whatever your heart desires.

I would recommend Aspen Mills Whole Wheat bread.  I literally won’t eat any other bread.  You can buy it at Costco.

I love Back to Nature Organic Wheat Crackers too.

Please let me know how you liked it, and comment below, or tweet me, snap me, instagram me whatever you want! Love hearing feedback from you!  I will be answering all your questions.

Have a great day!  Chat with you later.
