LETS TALK FITNESS- (ABS & CARDIO) WORK OUT OF THE WEEK

Okay, so this work out killed me!  It is really high intense cardio, so get prepared! I hope you are loving all of my work outs I am posting.  Each week or every other I will be posting a work out. I am going to target a couple muscle groups each one.  Try to do this once twice a week a long with the other two I have already posted.  
I have had some of you ask what my eating plan is.  Eating clean is key! No processed foods.  I eat 6 small meals a day every two hours.  That way you are constantly burning off calories.  You speed up your metabolism by doing this… we love that!  You don’t ever want to go without eating longer then that. I could go on for days about this!
So I eat a lot of proteins, all white meat.  Vegetables, fruits, almonds.  Green drinks! I will post a few ideas on that as well.  
Now, I do live a little trust me, I love mexican food! I allow myself to eat 3 cheat meals on the weekends.  You can do this any day of the week, but I am super strict all week and have my cheat meals on the weekends.  Let me know if you guys have any tips on what you do as well! I would love to get some your ideas!
