Leave it up to Topshop, to have the most gorgeous Holiday dresses.  Check out their selection!  By far my favorite place to get dresses, that won’t break the bank.

I mean… olive AND velvet mixed in a pleated dress, with details that are beyond stunning.

It has a chain strap back, that I didn’t even know existed until it came.  I am telling you, this dress is perfection for Holiday parties.  

Not to mention, you can wear it with your favorite jacket, sneakers, or even a bootie.

A LITTLE SOMETHING I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

If you’ve got my 7 DAY MEAL PLAN, you know that I am in LOVE with my Arctic Zero, and have to have it every night.

I eat this.. Every. Single. NIGHT.  That is right.  You can eat this and stay fit and healthy.

As you can see, Oaks loves it just as much as I do.  He actually devours it.  

So the trick is.  Since there is no fat, or cream in these, the consistency is stiff when you pull it out of the freezer, so make sure you let it sit out of the freezer for 20 minutes before eating.

Cookie shake, brownie blast, and peanut butter cup, are my go to’s.  I eat them with a scoop of Maranatha Peanut Butter, and 2 tablespoons of light whip.  

Let me tell you.. it is SO good, and really helps with those late night cravings.  This really has helped me not have those binge cravings.

Pomegranate, and Cake Batter are SO good together.  I actually just tried them together tonight, with some light whip and was in heaven.

Sounds weird, but trust me.

You can also add some dark chocolate chips in some to spice it up.  

Love Arctic Zero, it has helped me maintain my weight and helped me stay healthy and active.  I am not a huge ice cream fan to be honest.  The dairy makes my stomach hurt.

This is much like a creamy, icy yummy frozen dessert without all the guilt afterwards!  Give it a try, my friends!
