SPOOKY PBFIT CHOCOLATE CRUNCH CUPS

DSC04926-Edit

DSC04926-EditThis creation is so dang good!  I got the idea from the dirt cup with the gummy worm coming out of it.  I thought I would make a healthier version of it with my favorite PBFIT from Better Body Foods.  Other recipes I’ve made with PBFIT are the PBFIT STRAWBERRY DELIGHT and the PBFIT BARS.  There are really endless options to this powder goodness. Tastes just like peanut butter with less fat, calories and more protein per serving.   So lets get to this sweet treat!

WHAT YOU NEED

RECIPE PER CUP

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix PBFIT and water together.  Make sure its creamy and not watery.  Add more powder or water if needed.
  • Layer the pbfit and the chocolate pudding how you like in the cup. I did pbfit, pudding, pbfit and pudding again.  Depends on how much chocolate verses pbfit you want in it.  I evened it out to both.
  • Once layered, small on cookie and spread crumbles on top.  If you’re using the toppers then add those two on top!

Perfect for parties or just something fun to do with you kids.  Super easy and a yummy guilt free Halloween treat!

I’m always looking to create any sort of sweetness to my life for those late night cravings.  I’m the kind of girl who has to have something sweet after dinner.  But I obviously don’t want to go to heavy.  I created this treat and eat it so much now at night.  Calories are super low and it makes you satisfied.   I call this my peanut butter strawberry delight!  PBFIT is the best way to get the yummy taste of peanut in without all the fat and calories.  Don’t get me wrong those fats are good for you, but not a lot.  So PBFIT has been a huge game changer for me lately because I love my peanut butter.  You can get this at BETTER BODY FOODS.  I love this company so much.  The people behind the brand are amazing.  Check them out!

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED…

2 TBSP PBFIT POWDER

1 CUP CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES

2-3 TBSP WHIPPED CREAM ( I USE DAIRY FREE)

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash and cut strawberries, then set aside in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl add 2 tbsp PBFIT and about 2 tbsp water.  Mix together.  Should be creamy and slightly runny.
  • Add PBFIT to your strawberries, then add your whip!

Super easy to make and yet so good!  I love adding PBFIT to my smoothies for extra flavor and protein.
